Kicking off TikTok’s Fashion Awards 2021 will be British Award-winning singer/songwriter, Griff who will be performing live from the red carpet.

Her performance will be broadcast to viewers all over the world in the first-ever Red-Carpet LIVESTREAM at 18:15 on the official @thefashionawards TikTok account.

This year has been the young artist and self-taught producer’s breakthrough. She was the first female artist to reach the top five on the charts with a mixtape this year, and she has since gone on tour to promote her highly acclaimed body of work.

Bringing one of fashion’s most exciting and important events to a global TikTok audience, the red carpet TikTok livestream will be followed by a stream of live interviews and behind-the-scenes footage. TikTok’s very own Fashion Awards Glambot will also be deployed throughout the red carpet space to record must-see red carpet looks and share them in real-time via the @FashionAwards TikTok account.

The BFC and TikTok can also unveil the evening’s host and red-carpet presenters: Comedienne Elsa Majimbo, Designer Henry Holland, and renowned TikTok Creator Tega Alexander, who will be speaking to celebrities and worldwide talent as they approach the Royal Albert Hall.

Once inside the ceremony hall, this year’s Fashion Awards will be hosted by the award-winning actor, singer and director, Billy Porter and will feature an amazing line-up of the biggest names in fashion design, modelling, music and film.

Guests in 2019 included Rihanna, Andrew Scott, Cate Blanchett, Boy George, Julia Roberts, Donatella Versace, Tyler, The Creator, and ASAP Rocky, as well as other major industry opinion formers.
