This Ultra-Rare 1957 Ferrari Race Car Could Fetch Up To $10 Million

July 11, 2022

This is what a rare 1957 Ferrari 500 TRC Spider looks like, and next month it could be yours for a price tag starting shy of eight figures.

Ferrari has produced a dizzying array of spectacular race cars over the decades. Still, the 1957 Ferrari race car is arguably one of the billion-dollar company’s most stunning race cars yet.

Aah Ferrari. A brand that resonates more than any other manufacturer in the automotive world. From its foundation to right here and now, Ferrari has been at the top regarding street cars and race cars. Its historical significance is so vital that it almost always breaks records when a classic Ferrari gets sold.

Every classic Ferrari, and we’re not just talking about every model but every single car, has a story, racing pedigree, a legendary list of previous owners & drivers, etc. It’s not crazy then that these priceless cars are garage queens that rarely see the asphalt.

Now when it comes to finding rare gems in the field of gold, the 1957 timepiece is not very easy to come by as only 19 examples have ever been produced. But collectors who have a passion for power now have the chance to add a rare and superb example of the 1957 Ferrari to their collection.

With a top speed of 153 mph (246 kph), the 1957 Ferrari supercar was able to score wins in at least 30 races between 1957 and 1963 and managed to amass 18 podium finishes during this time.

Being so beautiful and rarer than Big Foot, the Ferrari is expected to fetch as high as eight figures in the auction this August at the Monterey Conference Center on August 19.
