The high-end food and beverage service is renowned for its cutting-edge hospitality concepts, each rising to become prominent locations in a city teeming with creative cuisine. But how did it all start?
In 2008, Hospitality Entrepreneur of 2015 Yossi Eliyahoo launched MOMO – an Asian fine-dining experience that was considered ground-breaking at the time in the Netherlands.
The 70-cover restaurant area was combined with a late-night 20-seat bar to encourage a different style of social atmosphere, and it remains one of the city’s hottest spots to date.

The Butcher has been dishing out delicious gourmet burgers since its inception in 2012, and the Haute fast-food concept has gone international since with spots in Ibiza, Dubai and Berlin.
The Butcher on Albert Cuypstraat is the original, located in the heart of Holland’s most famous market and the city’s trendiest neighbourhood, ‘De Pijp.’ Watch out for the door at the back too…

Another Entourage concept to go international, this Japanese dining experience offers guests the opportunity to indulge in authentic Asian gastronomy with a creative twist, all taking place inside a serene ‘urban chic’ ambience.
The menu here is full of small, unconventional dishes and specialities of the Robata grill – a method of cooking similar to barbecuing that cooks food at varying speeds over hot charcoal. Izakaya’s Ibiza venue has become one of the island’s most sought-after dining locations, again demonstrating the winning mentality of the Entourage Group.

Arguably the jewel in the crown of the Group, the Michelin Star-winning Duchess is housed in a historic former bank and is without doubt the grandest destination in the Group’s repertoire.
The menu draws influence from all over Europe but French and Italian cuisines are the most prominent. The interior is sleek and modern, taking inspiration from La Belle Époque, the period between 1871-80 and the start of World War One in 1914. You really get the feeling you’re dining amongst the high society here at one of two Entourage Group locations at the W Hotel Amsterdam.

Much like MOMO, Mr Porter artistically blends a modern restaurant concept (in this case a steakhouse) with a chic lounge to create a unique atmosphere of feasting and frivolity.
Also part of Amsterdam’s W Hotel, guests can mix and mingle around the 360-degree bar or sit and enjoy the service at Mr Porter, which is usually impeccable. The charming terrace is also a great place to relax whilst taking in scenic views of the city.
