This year marked a change for the 59-year-old whose pad boasts a private vestibule, a 40-foot living room, a Juliette balcony overlooking the city bustle and a spacious eat-in kitchen fully equipped with appliances.

Greenwich Village is a neighbourhood on the west side of Lower Manhattan in New York City, bounded by 14th Street to the north, Broadway to the east, Houston Street to the south, and the Hudson River to the west.

It is one of New York’s most historically rich neighbourhoods and among the most highly coveted. Its eye-catching architecture spans all eras, and the neighbourhood has long attracted artists, writers, musicians, and actors.

It is no surprise to find that one of the biggest rock-star legends on the cultural street would be Jon Bon Jovi’s getaway condo.

The New Jersey native is looking at a profit of more than $3 million according to The Robb Report as he purchased the unit at the Greenwich Lane condominium on 155 West 11th Street in 2017 for $18 million

Inside the master suite, there’s an expansive walk-in-closet, and a cosy windowed master bathroom fully clad in white and grey marble on the walls, floor, and tub surround, the Wall Street Journal first reported.

The 3,951-square-foot condo has stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The condo also comes with a private elevator and a private garden.

It features custom walnut-panelled cabinetry designed by Thomas O’Brien and completed with a beautiful veined grey marble counter-top and backsplash.

And these A-listers are set to be the condo’s high-rolling neighbours. Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz owns a penthouse there that he bought in 2017 for simply over $40 million

While actor Michael C. Corridor additionally owns a residence within the construction that he purchased in 2016 for simply $4.3 million.
