Radio host Tom Joyner, from The Tom Joyner Morning Show, has listed his Golden Beach, Florida, estate for $20 million – let’s take a quick look inside.
Tom Joyner is a retired American radio host, formerly known as the voice behind the nationally syndicated The Tom Joyner Morning Show.
With a net worth of $40 million, the presenter, who has owned properties everywhere from Beverly Hills to New York, decided to sell all of his other real estate holdings to retire to this exclusive enclave north of Miami – because, hey, why not?

Nestled amongst pristine sand and soothing palm trees Joyner’s Florida mansion, sits on a tiny sliver of land just west of Aventura, a suburb of Miami. This area holds the most extensive bragging rights of having back private door beaches just a skip and a throw-away. This is Golden Beach, a waterfront community with ALL single-family homes, minimal commercial businesses and nothing under $1 million.
Joyner, commonly known for being the hardest working radio host in the US, went for palette heavy reds, his favourite colour, which can be found in almost every room, from his private boxing ring to his famous art collection. These include works from Picasso, Robert Pruitt, Allora & Calzadilla and Ernie Barnes.

The 7,340-square-foot residence has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. According to NY Post, “the primary suite comes with an office and features a bathroom with a glass-encased tub in the centre of the room and an expansive open closet.”
Not to mention a swimming pool with a push-out patio, a summer kitchen, a beachside cabana and more.

Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman, who holds the listing for Tom Joyner, recently stated:
“A turnkey oceanfront home with this level of design is tough to find. From the moment you pull up, you are wowed at every turn by stunning ocean views and incredible attention to detail.”
