Make Way For A Celebrity-Obsessed Nobu Hotel Opening In Santorini

August 4, 2022

Spearheaded by Robert De Niro and world-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the Nobu restaurant turned franchise is now opening hotels worldwide. And recently, it just launched its first greek property in Santorini.

It’s all about that exuberant terrace view when it comes to witnessing the majestic beauty of Santorini. And this is precisely what the Nobu Hospitality franchise had in mind when they snagged a prime spot on the highest hill for their first-ever Greek Nobu Hotel.

Nobu is scheduled to open in spring 2022 and offers panoramic views of the Caldera and the Aegean Sea from its unique clifftop location in Imerovigli. When gazing out over the caldera during sunset, wine glass in hand, you’ll immediately see why Santorini is so draw-droppingly gorgeous. Mesmerising, romantic, and colourful, the evenings in Imerovigli are among the world’s most beautiful.

The Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini joined the global lifestyle brand founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper this month. The company of six influential gentlemen paved the way for this hospitality to be ranked among an elite selection of global luxury brands.

With values based on service, image, and reputation, it offers the complete spectrum of hotel and restaurant management for unique projects worldwide. The 25-bedroom boutique hotel houses a signature Nobu Restaurant, full-service spa, fitness facility, dual-level infinity pool, and five luxurious pool villas.

For a minimum of $1000 a night, guests can dine on cloud nine, knowing that Chef Cordon Bleu Madrid (graduate Chef Ricardo Marin) will be serving all the restaurant’s classic dishes along with his spin on traditional Greek cuisine.

And the franchise is not stopping here. From Orlando to Cana, Madrid and San Sebastian, the Nobu Hotel spreads like wildfire, and no one would dream of putting it out.
